Horses

Patience, consistency,time, trust and respect

Seth Conley

GROWING UP

Seth Conley grew up riding horses on Family ranches near Wachula FL, working cows and ranching. Being a part of a military family Seth moved all over the US and world learning about the different cultures in it.

In Seth's teen years he worked many careers from a mechanic working on lumber crews, building Harley Davidsons, working as a welder, and a cattle hand.  The Cowboy way of life always called him back.  Riding bulls and broncs became a passion of his for a time until he met his wife Ashley and had new dreams of settling down.

BEGINNING TRAINING

After working and managing a cow calf cattle ranch near Valdosta GA he came back to NC where he took on his first client who needed help with a horse who had been abused very harshly.

Seth grew up watching rough and tumble methods of horse breaking as the old timers did. Seth never did believe in the unnecessary rough treatment of the horses. Seth took a slower, more natural approach that seemed to work. As he began taking on horses in training, Clients started to be shocked at how such incredible transitions could be taken place. Seth found such a drive and passion helping horses that he quit his job and started training full time. Traveling all over the triangle areas of NC.

Seth's goal is to keep and carry on the Cowboy code and try to show through his actions everyday what it means 1st to be a son of God, 2nd a Husband, 3rd a Horseman and 4th Cowboy.  Seth believes in Jesus, honor, trust, respect, hard work and a firm handshake go a long way in a world full of so much wrong.

Starting and finishing horses, is now much easier with Seth's new facility based on the Diamond D ranch in Archdale North Carolina!

Seth is not about speed, he is about letting the horse learn at their own pace to create not only a good horse but a confident and trusting one.

It's definitely his passion and he loves what he does everyday.

"I feel like I owe it to them, they saved me, now I do my best to save them."

Seth's training style is similar to many natural horseman but the 3 horseman he looks up to and tries to emulate most is

Ray Hunt

 Craig Cameron

   Buck Brannaman

In the last 3 years Seth has worked several hundreds of horses, helping with Coltstarting, problem horses, or just helping a horse load on a trailer.

"A bond with a horse is like no other."

"Actions speak truth, horses understand truth"

#speaktruth
